
Today you will learn how to use facebook chat to create more customers and distributors for you network marketing business.
Facebook chat is very effective tool if you know how to properly use it. Here are some tips and strategies that you can use when you are using facebook chat for prospecting.
CHECK THEIR PROFILE

One of the best strategy that I am using to start a conversation with my prospect on facebook is that I will take a look at their profile first and then use the information that I saw to start a conversation with them.
Example..
Hi prospect, you have a cute kid in your picture.. is that your kid?
Hi prospect, I heard that its very hot right now in (prospects city) is true?
Hi prospect, you have a very nice profile. I can see that you also love helping other people achieve their goals. how`s your network marketing business?
When they respond to your message I suggest don`t send them your link. Just continue the conversation with them and ask them some question that can give you more information about them and about their needs so you know how to help them.
Now if you don`t want your prospect to get bored and leave when you are chatting with them, you can use this tactic that I`m going to give you so you can continue the conversation with your prospects so you can ask them more questions.
When you are going to ask your prospect a question, you must also answer the question that you ask to your prospect after he/she answers your question.
Example:
You: Hi prospect, what kind of strategy are you using to build your network marketing business?
Prospect: I use social media to generate more leads.
You: That is awesome! I`m also using social media to build my business.. how`s your marketing campaign?
Another Example
You: How long have you been in the industry? and how did you got involve in the network marketing business?
Prospect: Ive been doing network marketing for 6 years now. why did I join? Well I join because I believe that the business can help me achieve my goals.
You: Thats great!we are the same Mr prospect, I also join the network marketing industry because I believe that it can help me achieve my goals. hows your business right now?
DON`T SPAM YOUR PROSPECTS

This is one of the things that you should avoid when you are using facebook chat. A lot of networkers are sending some links about their business opportunity and affiliate products to their customers without building some relationship first.
Avoid doing this because you are just going to waste your time and people will run away from you if you keep doing it.
Just ask yourself this question.
If a random person will send you a message with a link on it telling you to join his/her business opportunity.. will you join him? Of course not! Because you don`t want to do business with a person you don`t like and trust.
GET THEIR PHONE NUMBER OR SKYPE ID ASAP SO YOU CAN BUILD RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM.

When you’re chatting with your prospects on facebook, I suggest just spend 5-10 mins with them on facebook chat and get their skype or phone number and build a solid relationship with them. After the the first call, schedule a follow up call so you can talk to them again and close them.
You can just say…
You: you know what Mr. prospect,its much better if we talk on the phone so we can share more strategies on how we can build our network marketing business.Give me your phone number.
Prospect:1234567891
You: Ok I will call you tomorrow at exactly 7 pm.
Now when you are on the phone, just focus on building relationship with your prospect. Build rapport with them and don’t pitch them anything.Use the phone so you can get more information about their needs
so… “If your prospect is having some problems with prospecting you can give him/her some FREE training about prospecting.”
Send him/her to your blog to get the information that he/she needs and just help them with their problem because if you do that they will trust you and like you.
After you talk to them on the phone, send them to your opt in form and then schedule a follow up. If you do this they will read all the trainings that you are sending them because they know you and you build rapport with them and they know that you are there to help them.
On the second phone call, you can now send him/her to your business presentation or affiliate link to turn them into customer and distributor for your business.
TIP
If in your first conversation they look very happy with their current opportunity, I suggest don’t force them to take a look at your business presentation because if you do that, the relationship will end there.
Just use your auto responder to keep in touch with them, or you can offer some of your affiliate products to your prospects so you can make some commissions and wait for the right TIMING to invite them to see your business presentation.
But if your prospect are having some problems with his/her company or upline I suggest qualify them and then tell them to take a look at your business opportunity.
Just say to them
You: I want you to take a look at this presentation and tell me you think about it(Don’t PRESSURE THEM ON SIGNING UP INTO YOUR OPPORTUNITY)
And if your prospects like you and trust you they will join you in your business opportunity.
So just remember the simple formula when you are chatting with your prospect
start a conversation -> Get their contact Info ->Build a relationship -> Turn them into Customers and Destributors
