How to make your customers keep coming back to BUY EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS from YOU?

Today..

I will share a SECRET STRATEGY that will make your customers keep

on buying expensive products from you.

 

When selling some products online, most marketers only focus on one

time selling, and they find some other people that are going to buy their

products.

 

finding new customers is good, but you also need to keep your customers

buying from you. In fact, it is much better to keep 1 customer than to

find 5 new customers.

 

BIG PROFITS IN BUSINESS ARE MADE BY KEEPING THE

CUSTOMERS IN YOUR BUSINESS.

So how do you keep them? You must BUILD GOOD RELATIONSHIP

with your customers by giving away some bonuses,discounts, promos etc.

By doing this, your customers will be happy, and they will keep on buying

from you.

 

Just think about this..

If you own a fast food restaurant, and you are selling hot dogs, and

you are making $1 of profit per hot dog.  How much money do you think

will you make if you make your customer buying from you for 10 years?

Lets make mcdonalds as an example.  How many times did you eat

on mcdonalds?  If they have a poor customer service, do you think

you will come back again, and eat on mcdonalds?  So keep your customers,

and serve them well so they will keep on coming back for more.

 

A FEW MORE BUSINESS TIPS.

If you are just starting your business, and you only got a few customers.

I highly suggest that you keep on interacting with them. If you form a

good relationship with your customers, it is MUCH EASIER to promote

other products to them.  It is also much EASIER for you to sell some

new products from existing customers.  Just think about it, who is much

easier to sell? Your friends or strangers? of course your friends.

 

I also suggest that you follow up your customers within 48 hours after

they made a purchase of your products. Why do you have to do this?

Because 72% percent of your customers are not going to USE the

products that they buy from you, and there is a chance that they will

demand a REFUND. Make a way that your customers will immediately

use your products so they can experience it, and avoid refunds so you can

make more money.

Take care of your customers and they will take care of you.

How to get massive social proof like a celebrity and make other people spread your content like wildfire.

Today I will give you some tips on how I increase my traffic on my blog. Everyone can do this and its very easy to follow.

Here are some tips that I can give you

1. Connect with other leaders and people of influence on your niche.


Connecting with other leaders and becoming their friends will give you a lot of exposure. Why? because if a leader helps you promote your content and also identify you as a leader, their followers will also see you as a leader.

Example

If  a leader share your content on his/her facebook wall, their followers will see that on their news feed and they will take a look at your content because their leader likes it. If people can also see that you are associated with other leader they will also think that you are a leader.

So connect with at least  1-2 leaders or upcoming leader per day and If you meet them.. focus on GIVING something to them first that can help them in their business like sharing their content on your facebook wall or tweet their content on twitter and also by giving some good comment on their blog. If they can see that you are helping them share their content, they will like you and become your friend.  So give something to them first because they will also help you in your business.

2. Create Good Content


If you provided people some great content and they get a lot of value from you, they will share your work to their friends and it will give you more social proof and traffic.

Share the effective strategies that you are using in your business. You don`t need to be a guru to write a good article. All you need to do is to study your field and then APPLY what you have learned and then if it works, you can share it with other people in your niche.

Example

If you  have learned how to use facebook to generate  leads and convert those leads into customers and distributors, you can share your strategies to other people who wants to learn how to use facebook to get custormers/distributors for their business.

If you share some effective strategies to them and it help them in their business, they will like you and see as their leader.

3. Help other people solve their problems.

If you are connecting with your leads and prospect on skype or on the phone, focus on helping them and giving them some solution to their problem. The reason that they sign up on your news letter is because they want to get some information from you that can help them in their business because they see you as an expert in your field.

So when you are connecting with them, always OFFER value to them and share some of strategies that you know that can HELP them in their business. If you do this, your prospect will automatically like and you and they will find a way on how they can also give something back to you.

I noticed that after talking to my  prospect  and help them solve their problems. I can see them sharing my stuff with their friends and my prospect  will automatically buy my products without pitching something to them.

So always remember to GIVE something first before you take anything.  If you just pitch them your affiliate products and company without giving any VALUE, they will run away from you.

Be willing to GIVE something first to your prospect so your prospects will also help you get the things that you want.

Use your facebook chat to get more customers and distributors for your network marketing business.

Today you will learn how to use facebook chat to create more customers and distributors for you network marketing business.

Facebook chat is very effective tool if you know how to properly use it. Here are some tips and strategies that you can use when you are using facebook chat for prospecting.

CHECK THEIR PROFILE

One of the best strategy that I am using to start a conversation with my prospect on facebook is that I will take a look at their profile first and then use the information that I saw to start a conversation with them.

Example..

Hi prospect, you have a cute kid in your picture.. is that your kid?

Hi prospect, I heard that its very hot right now in (prospects city) is true?

Hi prospect, you have a very nice profile. I can see that you also love helping other people achieve their goals. how`s your network marketing business?

When they respond to your message I suggest don`t send them your link. Just continue the conversation with them and ask them some question that can give you more information about them and about their needs so you know how to help them.

Now if you don`t want your prospect to get bored and leave when you are chatting with them, you can use this tactic that I`m going to give you so you can continue the conversation with your prospects so you can ask them more questions.

When you are going to ask your prospect a question, you must also answer the question that you ask to your prospect after he/she answers your question.

Example:

You: Hi prospect, what kind of strategy are you using to build your network marketing business?

Prospect: I use social media to generate more leads.

You: That is awesome! I`m also using social media to build my business.. how`s your marketing campaign?

Another Example

You: How long have you been in the industry? and how did you got involve in the network marketing business?

Prospect: Ive been doing network marketing for 6 years now. why did I join? Well I join because I believe that the business can help me achieve my goals.

You: Thats great!we are the same Mr prospect, I also join the network marketing industry because I believe that it can help me achieve my goals. hows your business right now?

DON`T  SPAM YOUR PROSPECTS

This is one of the things that you should avoid when you are using facebook chat. A lot of networkers are sending some links about their business opportunity and affiliate products to their customers without building some relationship first.

Avoid doing this because you are just going to waste your time and people will run away from you if you keep doing it.

Just ask yourself this question.

If a random person will send you a message with a link on it telling you to join his/her business opportunity.. will you join him? Of course not! Because you don`t want to do business with a person you don`t like and trust.

GET THEIR PHONE NUMBER OR SKYPE ID ASAP SO YOU CAN BUILD RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM.

When you’re chatting with your prospects on facebook, I suggest just spend 5-10 mins with them on facebook chat and  get their skype or phone number and build a solid relationship with them. After the the first call, schedule a follow up call so you can talk to them again and close them.

You can just say…

You: you know what Mr. prospect,its much better if we talk on the phone so we can share more strategies on how we can build our network marketing business.Give me your phone number.

Prospect:1234567891

You: Ok I will call you tomorrow at exactly 7 pm.

Now when you are on the phone, just focus on building relationship with your prospect. Build rapport with them  and don’t pitch them anything.Use the phone so you can get more  information about their needs

so… “If your prospect is having some problems with prospecting you can give him/her some FREE training about prospecting.”

Send him/her to your blog to get the information that he/she needs and just help them with their problem because if you do that they will trust you and like you.

After you talk to them on the phone, send them to your opt in form and then schedule a follow up. If you do this they will read all the trainings that you are sending them because they know you and you build rapport with them and they know that you are there to help them.

On the second phone call, you can now send him/her to your business presentation or affiliate link to turn them into customer and distributor for  your business.

TIP

If in your  first conversation they look very happy with their current opportunity, I suggest don’t force them to take a look at your business presentation because if you do that, the relationship will end there.

Just use your auto responder to keep in touch with them, or you can offer some of your affiliate products to your prospects so you can make some commissions and wait for the right TIMING to invite them to see your business presentation.

But if your prospect are having some problems with his/her company or upline I suggest qualify them and then tell them to take a look at your business opportunity.

Just say to them

You: I want you to take a look at this presentation and tell me you think about it(Don’t PRESSURE THEM ON SIGNING UP INTO YOUR OPPORTUNITY)

And if your prospects like you and trust you they will join you in your business opportunity.

So just remember the simple formula when you are chatting with your prospect

start a conversation -> Get their contact Info ->Build a relationship -> Turn them into Customers and Destributors
