Hi Buddy,
In today`s training I will give you some tips on how you can be more productive when you are prospecting so you can avoid frustration when you are prospecting.
I will share something that I learned when I was actively involve in the pick up artist society and at that time I was going out 6 times a week before and by doing that I realize something that is helping me right now in my business.
When you are prospecting, its also the same as picking up women. when you meet your new prospect, you must not put any emotional attachment on the outcome when you are prospecting because It can affect you in your business.
If you become so excited when someone said yes in joining you in your business. You will become so nervous when you are going to follow them up on the phone and if they did not answer their phone, you will feel nervous and you will start thinking negative thoughts.
When your prospect did not get back to you, you will feel bad about yourself and it will affect you in your business. So the solution to avoid frustration is by talking a lot of people so when someone says no, you will not feel bad anymore because you have 5 more people taking a look at your business opportunity.
So keep on talking to people and spend most of your time prospecting because that`s the only thing that will give you results and residual income in your network marketing business.

Interesting comparison. I think that the key is being interested but not needy. One of the benefits of connecting with a lot of possible prospects is that it eliminates scarcity mentality.

Nice Blog Ian, it’s definitely a numbers game when it comes to prospecting. Anyone in this business should learn not to worry about no’s because there are going to be a lot of them.And when it comes to recruiting we are only looking for the best and motivated people anyway, so why bother with the people who are lazy and don’t understand what being responsible is all about. Awesome blog man!! Got some good points in this one.

I read the book “The Game” by Neil Strauss some years ago and it amazed me on how many pick up artist groups there are. But your right, the key here is to not get emotionally attached to that one prospect and to keep talking to people everyday. Thanks for sharing your insight on this!
